Established in 2010 by Charlotte Morisetti, an experienced Cordon Bleu trained cook, Shallot Catering reflects her love of food and its presentation. Using a team of experienced and like minded talent, Shallot has developed into a successful business which aims to prepare, produce and present food to the very highest standard.
After spending 7 years as a private chef, cooking across Europe for high net worth individuals, Charlotte took a small step away from the kitchen and started working for some of the top event planners in London. During this time she gained the greatest knowledge of what it takes to produce a truly memorable event, finessed her attention to detail and developed her creative eye. Some of the highlights have included a 4 day 60th birthday party in Mexico, a 250 people wedding planned in 6 weeks and a Christmas party for 1000 children.
Shallot Catering has now grown, with all that Charlotte has learnt planning these incredible events, to include a full event planning service. Producing food as diverse as a dinner for 8, a wedding cake for 250, or a Moroccan themed 21st birthday party for 120, individuality is what Shallot celebrates… we will work with you to ensure that your event becomes a true celebration of all that is important to you.
